State excise tax will be added to your order at check out.
Substitutions:
Substitutions will be made only at your request. Please notify us when you place your order if you would like us to provide a substitute plant.
Shipping:
We are a "Certified " nursery able to ship plants to the US mainland, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We have these methods of shipping FedEx 2nd Day, and USPS-Priority Mail; they have their pros and cons.
FedEx 2nd Day are sometimes more expensive but you receive your order in about two business days; shipping time is guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail is less expensive but the shipping time is longer and delivery time is not guaranteed.
We normally ship only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday excepting holidays to avoid orders sitting on a dock over the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped as soon as possible after the weekend. Please contact us if you have a special shipping request regarding your order.
Winter shipments are sent weather permitting or on customer advise. Heat Packs are available. We will hold plants for later shipments with full payment.
Our shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of your purchase.

Please note that the state of Hawaii requires a Phytosanitary certificate (provided by the shipper) for all shipments of orchids into the state; that also applies to any plant returned to us by our customers. You, the customer will be responsible for obtaining and paying for the certificate before returning any plant material; the cost of these certificates varies from state to state.
Payment:
You may pay by check or by credit card. If you pay by check we will ship your order after your check clears our bank.
To pay by credit card choose the Paypal option at check out.
Guarantee:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us so we may discuss options to remedy the situation. We warrant that we ship only healthy plants, however we cannot guarantee the actions of shippers but we will be happy to work with you in attempting to resolve any damage claims resulting from shippers actions.
